WHY INSPECT?
The largest single investment, both financially and emotionally,
most of us ever make is the purchase of our home. We believe
that you should learn as much as you can about the condition
of the property and the need for any major repairs before finalizing
you buying decision.
WHAT
IS A HOME INSPECTION? A home inspection is an objective visual
evaluation of the readily accessible areas of the physical structure
and systems of a home. Having a home inspected is like giving
it a physical check-up.
WHAT
DOES IT INCLUDE? We will perform a visual inspection and
report on hundreds of items including exterior components, foundation,
crawlspace/basement, roof, visible structural components, attic,
and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and
doors; all major electrical, plumbing and mechanical operating
systems of the property such as the home's heating system and
central air conditioning system (temperature permitting). Our
home inspections are performed according to standards and ethics
established by the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).
We encourage you to take the time to familiarize yourself with the Buyer and Seller sections of this site. Then, call BUILDING
